Impressionists, Melancholy...), a museum, an artist;
- the requested use: a publication (a book, a magazine, a newsletter),
multimedia (a CD-ROM, DVD, Audio CD covers etc.), Advertising, Merchandise,
a Film/TV industry program, etc. (different fees are applied to different
uses);
- the language / languages of publication;
- territorial distribution requested: one or more countries, foreign
co-publications;
- the deadline for receiving the images;
- delivery: whether by mail or courier (if charges apply they
are at user's expense);
- the format requested: High Resolution files (sent by e-mail,
http, FTP, CD-ROM) or color transparencies;

regarding the layout: (interior page, full page, double page, cover);
