Now available a prestigious digital art archive that will allow you to explore art as if it were right before your eyes, in such high resolution that you can even see the detail of the brush strokes.

Using the latest technology, a new window will open into art appreciation and research.

Explore the Italian Renaissance, from the second half of the thirteenth century through to the early seventeenth century, 506 artists, 8000 art pieces displayed in a maximum 10,000 by 7,500 pixels, the absolutely highest definition available.
You’ll be able to see cracks that have appeared over the years and be able to decipher not only the way canvases have been preserved, but also the drawing techniques that existed at the time. Several windows can be opened simultaneously and you will be able to enlarge the details and compare different works of art by placing them side-by-side. We developed a special viewfinder with an amazing zoom capability which allows smooth transitions between focusing on the smallest detail to enlarging it from within the work as a whole. The way the paint has been applied is effortlessly revealed before your eyes. Functions also allow the sharpness to be adjusted and the images to be rotated, giving observers the capability to analyze the works of art in detail.
The list of artists will be your tool to find all the works of art immediately by selecting them under each author and to get all the information concerning that particular art piece and the artist himself, such as his biography. It is also possible to see all the art works by the artists in the form of a slideshow.
All the art pieces can be printed out in A4, and you can use them as a record for study (any pictures printed out contains a digital watermark).
